How do I become a Exhibitor at Umicon Daytona?

What’s included with my booth?

A Large 10’ x 10’ booth includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 weekend passes.

A Small 5’ x 10’ booth includes 1 table, 1 chair, and 1 weekend pass.

What isn’t included with my booth?

The following items can be added to your booth rental:

  • Extra badges
  • Extra tables
  • Extra chairs
  • Power drops

What is the difference between an Artist, a Vendor, and a Crafter?

We at UmiCon feel that artists, crafters and vendors should not be treated differently. As such we provide both of our booth sizes to whomever would like to purchase them on a first come first served basis. In the event the booth type you’re interested in is sold out you can still get one from the remaining available booths.

How do i find the booth pricing information?

All exhibitors are sent pricing information upon submission of an exhibitor inquiry form. You can find the form by clicking on “Exhibitors” in the menu above, then filling out the application, or you can click here.

Where can I find the artist inquiry form?

As of 2016 all sellers be they artists, crafters, or vendors fill out the exhibitor inquiry form. All booth types are available to everyone on a first come, first served basis. You can find the inquiry form by clicking on “Exhibitors” in the menu above, then filling out the application, or you can click here.

Can I get both a large and a small booth?

Yes you can but they would not be next to each other.

Why do you have two booth sizes?

We have two both sizes to accommodate different needs and financial considerations.

Dose an Exhibitor pass allow me admission to all events at the convention?

Yes. Provided an exhibitor booth is manned and open from the time the exhibit hall opens to the time the exhibit hall closes, all exhibitor passes function as three day weekend passes to the event.

Do I need to have/bring my sellers permit?

All paperwork including permits to vend are the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor. If the products you are selling require permits to vend you must have them on site. That being said most (not all) general merchandise such as collectibles, t-shirts, and art do not require permits. Please check Daytona Beach (Volusia Country) local laws regarding what items require permits to vend.
